Tim brings more than 40 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental leadership across manufacturing and public safety environments. His background includes metals manufacturing, automotive, HVAC OEM operations, and emergency services, providing a practical understanding of safety in complex, high-risk settings.

He holds degrees in Human Resource Management and Organizational Management and is an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor. Tim holds a Safety Professional Certificate through the National Society of Safety Professionals and is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.
